To our trusted customers,

Many of you I’ve gotten to know over the years, at conferences, on calls, often right in your own offices, and while I’d rather tell you this in person, I wanted you to hear it from me first.

We are changing our company name from Just Appraised to Alltus.

Same company. Same team. Same ownership. Same products you rely on every day.

Let me tell you the story behind it, the way I’d tell it to you in person.

When we started this company in 2017, we built everything around one goal: making life better for Assessors & Appraisers. That’s still true today. But over the years as we’ve continued to innovate on this mission, something happened that I’m genuinely proud of. Front Desk, the product we built for your offices, started getting pulled into other offices too. Tax Collectors and County Clerks, the people you work with every day, are asking how Front Desk can help their office too. We built Auto-Indexing for Clerks for a similar reason. We learned that better data on the Clerk side means better data flowing downstream to you. Most of what we’ve built outward has really been in service of the whole ecosystem around Assessors working better. That’s what grew, naturally, into serving more of the offices you already work alongside every day.

This growth is the real reason for the new name. Just Appraised described where we started, but it has never quite fit everything we’ve become, and it says nothing about a company now also serving Tax Collectors, Clerks and Recorders, and city governments around you. Alltus is a name for the whole picture. The team you know, the people who own and run this company, and the work we do with you are exactly the same as they’ve always been.

Practically, very little changes. You’ll start seeing the Alltus name over the coming months, alongside our familiar Just Appraised branding. The products you use every day keep the same name under the Just Appraised brand. Our website is moving to alltus.com, and any old link you have will still get you there. Your contract, your team, and your support are all the same.

Thank you for building this with us since 2017. I wake up every day thinking about how we can improve the experience for your office and the taxpayers you serve. I’m excited for what we’ll accomplish together over the next ten years.
